Justin is a Dubai Municipality approved Food Safety Trainer with Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology and with 7+ years experience in terms of food safety regulations based on Dubai Food Code and International standards. At present, he is also working as Food Safety Inspector in Waterfront and been one of the pillars of the inspection team. He believes that working in food safety field is one of the reasons why he is passionate with his job because of his dedication and commitment to ensure that everyone believes about the importance of food safety with his ultimate goal of integrating it into their culture
